FC Dynamo Kyiv

FC Dynamo Kyiv is the most successful, historic, and internationally renowned football club in Ukrainian history, based in the capital city of Kyiv. Universally known as "Bilo-Syni" (The White-and-Blues), the club competes in the Ukrainian Premier League and plays its home matches at the iconic NSC Olimpiyskiy alongside the Valeriy Lobanovskyi Dynamo Stadium.

Founded in 1927, Dynamo traditionally plays in white and blue kits. Guided by the visionary tactics of legendary head coach Valeriy Lobanovskyi, Dynamo established itself as a European powerhouse, becoming the most decorated club in Soviet football history with 13 Soviet Top League titles and 9 Soviet Cups. Dynamo made international history in 1975 by becoming the first Soviet club to win a major European trophy (UEFA Cup Winners' Cup), following it up with the UEFA Super Cup.

In independent Ukraine, Dynamo continued its dominance by securing a record 16 Ukrainian Premier League titles and 13 Ukrainian Cups. The club reached the UEFA Champions League semi-finals in 1999, powered by legendary striking duo Andriy Shevchenko and Serhiy Rebrov. Beyond its silverware, Dynamo is world-renowned for its world-class academy pipeline, consistently producing elite global talent and Ballon d'Or winners (Oleg Blokhin, Igor Belanov, Andriy Shevchenko).

Dynamo Kyiv maintains one of European football's most intense national rivalries with Shakhtar Donetsk, a high-stakes fixture known across the region as the Klasychne Derby (Classic Derby).
