SC Freiburg is a widely respected professional German football club based in Freiburg im Breisgau, Baden-Württemberg. Universally known as "Breisgau-Brasilianer" (Breisgau Brazilians) for their attractive style of play, or simply "Die Breisgauer," the club plays its home matches at the modern Europa-Park Stadion.
Founded in 1904 through the union of two local sports clubs, Freiburg traditionally plays in red and white kits.
